Prime Ecosystem Pty Ltd (Prime) was established to respond to a need in the Australian insurance industry for a collaborative ecosystem allowing Insurers, Adjusters, Brokers, Supply Chain Partners and the Policyholder to co-exist and seamlessly interact using a common platform.

By removing the need for double keying and the use of disparate solutions, Prime has evolved into the largest and most comprehensive solution in Australia today. Built by construction and claims industry professionals, Prime has been purposely designed to address the numerous challenges our clients face today and into the future. This will ensure that our clients benefit from continuous functional and non-functional improvements as the needs of our clients and their principle work providers adapt to the changing dynamics of the industry, as we all strive for right first time outcomes and straight through low touch claims processing.

A true Ecosystem

Being the only true ecosystem, Prime uses an internal syncronisation capability to allow different stakeholders to interact together whilst maintaining alignment to privacy principles and logical data separation. Users can engage with trusted supply chain participants to automatically update and manage KPI and SLAs to ensure compliance and governance. Using the management dashboards and drill down capability, users are able to proactively manage workflows to identify and resolve any bottlenecks that could impact NPS, claims duration and cost outcomes. This capability reduces dependency and utilisation of disparate legacy systems and their cost of upkeep and maintenance resulting in IT budget reductions whilst enhancing governance and compliance.

Founded in Australia, expanding globally

Prime Ecosystem Pty Ltd is headquartered in Brisbane Australia where our management and account management teams are located. We also have team members in Melbourne and most recently have expanded by request into the United Kingdom. Being onshore, Prime is able to respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient way, maximizing support and ensuring a critical path release process is not impacted by overseas priorities.

With an open API philosophy Prime can integrate with both upstream Adjusting solutions and downstream financial accounting solutions. Our wealth of claims performace and repair data can be exported to client BI solutions for augmentation into business reporting software, but is equally available for user groups to report on Supply Chain performance, claims performance and governance.

Using agile methodology and running a continuous improvement monthly release cycle, the Prime team of 15 is based in Australia. In addition we have Business Development and Account management located in the UK. Our client base spans Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. As part of our governance process we are ISO27001 certified and we will gladly undertake a security questionnaire review to address any specific client requirements.
